Responsibilities

• Oversee salaried and hourly staff performance and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account to meet demands.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L to determine account profitability and provide reports to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and provide safety training to ensure compliance.
