Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Corporate Inventory Control Manager in Madison, Wisconsin. You will oversee all inventory-related activities, drive accuracy, and optimize working capital by leading cycle counts, forecasting, and write-offs.

This role partners with operations, purchasing, finance, and sales to improve processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and process-driven, with experience implementing control procedures and dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 5–7+ years in inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven experience with cycle counting programs.
• Experience in inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Experience with obsolete inventory reduction initiatives.
• Experience administering inventory adjustments and write-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Manage cycle count programs to maintain 98%+ accuracy.
• Investigate variances and identify root causes.
• Maintain inventory records across ERP/WMS systems.
