DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Inventory Control leader to guide a national program and partner with clients to optimize inventory strategy. You will own strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution to deliver on service commitments and continuous improvement objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and collaboration with operations, client teams, and suppliers, with a focus on inventory accuracy and risk mitigation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and Inventory Control experience.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry systems and data analytics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for Inventory Control aligning with service agreements.
• Develop and progress key customer relationships and partnerships for continuous improvement.
• Ensure right product is in the right place to meet demand and maintain SLAs.
• Drive KPI reporting and inventory accuracy through best-practice processes.
• Mitigate risks and develop proactive strategies around inventory control and client assets.
