Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Manager II to lead the inventory control team for client service delivery across sites in the United States. The role emphasizes strategic focus, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and reporting.

The Senior leader will build strong customer partnerships, manage relationships with stakeholders, and drive operational excellence in inventory planning and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Bachelors or equivalent preferred with inventory/control exposure.
• Proven experience in inventory control and process improvement.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Track record of client relationship management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.
