Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Manager II to lead the Inventory Control team and drive operations aligned with the client service agreement. You will develop relationships with customers and partners to promote continuous improvement and excellence in inventory control management.

The role emphasizes setting strategic direction for inventory control initiatives, ensuring right product availability, improving accuracy, and mitigating risk across the client’s assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience in inventory control.
• 3+ years management experience in large teams or unit pick environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory control.
• Develop customer relationships and partnerships to support service agreements.
• Monitor and report on KPI adherence and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory planning and control.
