Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Sr. Inventory Control Leader to provide direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team, ensuring service level adherence and client asset management.

You will drive continuous improvement, optimize inventory accuracy, and develop key customer relationships to support the contract with the client. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 4+ years in inventory control, and strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years inventory control experience.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience; 3+ years management experience.
• 1+ years client relationship, staff management & objective setting experience.
• Knowledge of JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP and MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Develop customer relationships and partnerships to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead inventory control initiatives to meet service level agreements and client assets.
• Oversee KPI attainment and reporting across inventory control activities.
• Mentor associates and drive performance reviews and succession plans.
