Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Inventory Control leader based in Salt Lake City, UT, Atlanta, GA, or Las Vegas, NV. The role guides the Inventory Control team to meet the service agreement and drive continuous improvement while maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting.

The position focuses on strategic direction, internal and client partnerships, and ensuring adherence to KPI targets, with a strong emphasis on leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with inventory control experience.
• 3+ years in logistics or inventory control leadership.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with WMS systems (JDA, Manhattan) and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory management.
• Develop customer relationships and partnerships to meet service levels.
• Ensure adherence to inventory control KPIs and reporting.
