Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Manager I to provide senior leadership and strategic direction for the Inventory Control team, aligning with client service commitments and continuous improvement goals.

The role focuses on driving inventory accuracy, KPI adherence, and proactive risk management while managing a mix of hourly and exempt staff across the site. Previous leadership experience in logistics is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with inventory control experience.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience.
• 3+ years management experience in a large company (preferred).
• 1+ years client relationship, staff mgmt & objective setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategy for the Inventory Control team to meet service delivery commitments.
• Develop and progress customer relationships and operational partnerships.
• Lead KPI development and reporting to drive inventory control improvements.
• Oversee control of customer inventory, accuracy, and asset protection.
• Manage site hourly and exempt associates; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
