Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Manager II to lead the Inventory Control team, drive strategic direction and deliver on service levels under the client agreement. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships and optimizing inventory performance across the supply chain.

The candidate will shape inventory strategies, develop proactive risk-mitigation plans and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and control metrics meet contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team to enable and facilitate delivery of commercial and operational goals.
• Develop and progress key customer relationships and operational partnerships for continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory control.
• Set strategic direction for supply chain and inventory control initiatives; drive proactive strategies to anticipate issues and mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to Inventory Control KPIs outlined in the commercial agreement.
• Improve inventory accuracy, accountability and reporting through best-practice processes.
• Support and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of client requirements and service levels.
