DHL Supply Chain seeks an Inventory Control Manager II to lead the inventory control team and drive performance against service agreements. You will shape strategy, build client relationships, and partner with operations to improve accuracy, reporting and controls.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in inventory control, plus 3+ years in logistics and leadership. Strong systems knowledge and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years Inventory Control experience, Required.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience, Required
• 3+ years management experience (unit pick environment, large company preferred), Required
• 1+ years client relationship, staff mgmt. & objective setting experience, Required
• Staff management & Objective Setting, Required
• Metric development and reporting across cross functional leadership, Required
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc., Required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to the audience, Required

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Develop and progress key customer relationships and operational partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory control.
• Ensure inventory control KPI adherence and reporting as per the agreement.
• Manage site hourly and exempt associates and lead turnover reduction.
