Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a senior Inventory Control leader to guide the team, develop customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement in inventory control and planning. You will lead KPI alignment with the client agreement and oversee data-driven strategies for accuracy and reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with inventory systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, and SAP. Onsite position with medical and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years) in a related field or 4 years Inventory Control experience.
• 3+ years logistics/Inventory Control experience required.
• Management experience in a large environment preferred.
• Experience with client relationships and objective setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant systems (JDA, Manhattan WMS, SAP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Develop and progress customer relationships and partnerships to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the strategic direction for inventory control and related initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Inventory Control KPIs as outlined in the agreement.
• Analyze data to determine inventory control methods and improve accuracy and reporting.
• Manage site associates and conduct performance reviews and development plans.
