Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt inventory team and maintain accurate records aligned with the service level agreement. You will help assess inaccuracies and drive corrective actions across the site inventory processes.

The role requires knowledge of inventory control, experience with systems like JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, and SAP, and a focus on safety and policy enforcement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required.
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to the client service level agreement.
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership and Operations Peers in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action.
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements / service level agreements are monitored and reported to site leadership.
• Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure care, custody, and control of customer inventory; accuracy to floor and customer book.
• Provide required documentation to customer, customer’s financial statement auditor or appropriate regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirements.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews, individual development plans and succession plans.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels.
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned
