Par Pacific is seeking a Sr. Inventory Accounting Analyst in Houston to partner with Yield Accounting, Logistics, Billing, Tax, and Settlements to understand and analyze monthly crude and product movements. You will own inventory reconciliation across refining locations and drive process improvements.

You will work closely with multiple departments, transact movements in SAP, and prepare monthly yield analyses while ensuring accurate month-end closings and audit readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 2 years Oil & Gas Accounting related experience.
• Understanding of GAAP theories and application.
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon terminals and refinery processes.
• Experience with SAP MM modules.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Yield Accounting, Logistics, Billing, Tax and Settlements to track daily inventory movements.
• Analyze pipeline tickets, terminal and rail reports and refinery tank balances.
• Record inventory movements in SAP movement ledger across refineries, terminals, rail, and pipelines.
• Perform monthly volumetric reconciliations between subledgers and SAP ledger; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly refinery yield analysis and support audits.
