Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings is seeking a Settlements Analyst to support the purchase, settlement, and accounting of crude and refined products. You will interface with Commercial, Accounting, Logistics, and Treasury across multi-state operations, focusing on SAP ERP and trading systems.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in payables/billing, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. This onsite role in Houston offers growth opportunities within our energy portfolio.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in business or related field.
1+ years in payables, billing, or operational accounting is ideal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Verify commodity and secondary cost invoices against system accruals.
Coordinate with Logistics, AP, and Treasury for timely settlement.
Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies with Logistics and Commercial.
Prepare month-end accruals and support audits.
Maintain master data and interfaces to SAP and trading systems.
