Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal or digital communications or employee experience.
• Experience owning an enterprise intranet or internal communications platform.
• Strong content strategy and channel management.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise intranet roadmap and day-to-day leadership as a core communications channel.
• Define intranet content strategy, governance, and editorial standards; collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders.
• Partner with HR, IT, and leadership teams to support communication needs and initiatives; manage input and alignment.
