Job summary

SoundCloud is seeking a Director of Internal Communications to shape and lead the global internal communications program from its New York City office. You will partner with senior leaders to inform, engage, and connect a dispersed workforce while guiding the next-generation intranet migration.

In this role you will establish governance, align stakeholders, manage content strategy, and drive adoption across People & Culture, IT, Brand, Finance and more, delivering timely, clear communications at

Qualifications

• 8+ years of internal communications experience in global settings.
• Experience leading a large-scale intranet implementation or digital workplace transformation.
• Proven ability to govern complex programs and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an internal communications strategy for global offices.
• Lead intranet migration from planning through launch and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance, content strategy, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Brand to meet employee needs and brand standards.
• Counsel senior leaders to provide clarity and connection to business priorities.
• Oversee internal editorial calendar and company-wide communications.
