Tapestry, Inc. in New York seeks a Manager, Communications for Coach to shape employee communications and storytelling across the globe. The role partners with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to turn business and brand strategy into engaging narratives that inform and inspire employees everywhere.

You will craft editorial roadmaps, elevating executive messaging across speeches, emails, video, and social content while aligning with Coach and Tapestry’s culture and strategic aims.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee, brand, executive, or corporate communications in global/public-company settings.
• Experience developing communications strategies and high-visibility work from idea to execution.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling across audiences, voices and formats; portfolio preferred.
• Experience working with senior executives translating ideas into compelling communications.
• Experience creating multi-channel content (presentations, social, video, audio, digital, live).
• Fluency with social/digital platforms; curiosity about AI and emerging tools.
• Ability to use data/insights to measure effectiveness and improve communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the Coach employee communications strategy and editorial roadmap.
• Elevate leadership communications with senior leaders across formats.
• Find and tell stories that connect the brand, people and moments.
• Create and produce across formats (written, visual, social, audio, video, live).
• Lead through a global matrix with regional and functional partners.
• Learn, experiment and raise the bar using audience insights and metrics.
