Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to manage enterprise ingress, edge connectivity, and application delivery across cloud and virtualized environments. You will own load balancing platforms, DNS integration, certificate services, and edge security controls, while driving automation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT fields.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infra, or edge platform engineering.
• Experience diagnosing end‑to‑end application traffic across DNS, TLS, and load balancers.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management in production.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross‑team coordination skills.
• On‑call readiness and after‑hours maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own ingress and edge connectivity service administration.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, and risk.
• Troubleshoot DNS, TLS, load balancing, routing, and application delivery issues.
• Participate in incident response, major incidents, and on-call support.
• Coordinate with cloud, network, firewall, WAF, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
