Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support operational management, availability, security, performance, and lifecycle of enterprise application delivery and ingress services.

The role focuses on load balancing platforms, ingress services, DNS integration, certificate services, edge security controls, application onboarding, and automation across cloud and virtualized environments to ensure reliable traffic delivery and platform resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, application delivery, load balancing, Internet ingress, edge operations, or related platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting DNS, TLS, load balancers, routing, cloud networking, firewalls, and backend targets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ingress and edge connectivity service operations.
• Monitor platform health, performance, capacity, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, certificate, and application delivery issues.
• Support incident response, change, and problem management.
• Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance.
