Job summary

EY seeks an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to manage delivery and ingress services across cloud and virtualized environments. You will oversee load balancing platforms, DNS integration, SSL/TLS certificates, and edge security controls while ensuring reliability and performance.

The role emphasizes production support, automation with Terraform and Git workflows, and cross-team collaboration to improve platform resilience and operational visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, application delivery, load balancing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience debugging traffic flows across DNS, TLS, load balancers, and firewall components.

Responsibilities

• Manage ingress and edge connectivity services day-to-day.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, and risk of platforms.
• Troubleshoot routing, load balancing, DNS, certificate, and delivery issues.
• Assist in incident response, change management, and on-call rotations.
• Participate in maintenance, deployments, and post-change validations.
