Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline, and 11+ years of experience in complex contracting.
• Extensive experience with procurement, FAR/DFARS, and government contracting environments.
• Ability to coordinate inter-organizational activities and lead negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve purchase orders and subcontracts; negotiate and award on behalf of the company.
• Establish and monitor purchasing policies; ensure compliance with acquisition regulations.
• Coordinate audits and act as primary contact for purchasing activities and issues.
• Lead cost, schedule, and performance management of subcontracts.
• Develop and interpret procurement policies; manage staff and recruitment activities.
