Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in contract administration or related discipline.
• Six or more years of progressive professional experience in contract administration.
• Solid understanding of contract principles, theories and concepts; knowledge of practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review bids and proposals to ensure compliance with policy and customer requirements.
• Identify contract issues and contribute to solution development.
• Lead or assist in negotiating and modifying standard and non-standard contracts/subcontracts.
• Negotiate terms for NDAs, teaming agreements, licenses, and MOUs.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations; interpret terms and conditions.
• Track regulatory changes and export considerations impacting contracts.
