Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 9+ years of experience interpreting, awarding and administering contractual agreements.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FAR supplements, and UCC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement under government or commercial contracts.
• Review work statements and prepare solicitations.
• Conduct bidder conferences and perform price analyses.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee contract administration including deliveries, changes, and audits.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Programs and other stakeholders.
• Lead supplier quote collection, negotiations, and documentation for proposals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies across contracts.
