Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with senior management to understand job requirements and qualifications.
• Source, recruit, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Negotiate with candidates and managers while following company guidelines.
• Check references and verify credentials and background.
• Collaborate with placement agencies for direct-hire and temporary needs.
• Partner with universities to build talent pipelines and attend job fairs.
• Maintain relationships and collect market data on salaries and demand.
