Job summary

SEnergy in Boerne, TX seeks an Internal Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This in-office role may require travel to recruiting events and career fairs as needed.

You will develop strategies, draft job descriptions, source, interview, assess, and onboard new staff while ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining a strong SE culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Solid understanding of recruiting practices, sourcing methods, and employment law.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
• English communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates across functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through diverse channels.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define interview questions.
• Screen resumes, conduct virtual screens and in-depth interviews, provide feedback weekly.
• Collaborate with managers to align recruitment with needs and SE culture.
• Lead weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and directors.
• Detail new staff required skills, roles, and pay with departments.
• Represent SE at recruitment events and contribute to employer branding.
• Track recruitment data, monitor metrics, and report progress weekly.
