Job summary

SEnergy in Boerne, TX is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for the organization. The role collaborates with hiring managers to fill openings and engages candidates positively, with occasional travel for events.

You will develop recruitment strategies, craft compelling job descriptions, source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a Senior role.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through various channels and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify interview questions and role requirements.
• Lead weekly recruiting meetings with Hiring Managers and Directors; track recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports.
