Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a recruiting role.

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes to meet weekly hiring KPIs, time-to-fill targets, and 100% order fulfillment.
• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives across traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates per Link Staffing standards.
• Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
• Monitor candidate flow through daily outreach via calls, texts, and emails.
• Build and manage key client accounts, participating in site visits and performance reviews.
