RRC Power & Energy, LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help build the future of energy production in the United States and Canada from our Austin/Round Rock, Texas office. The recruiter will partner with department managers, develop strategic staffing plans, and manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering disciplines while ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in full life cycle recruiting, familiarity with engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle technical recruiting or HR
• Experience recruiting across multiple engineering disciplines, offices or markets
• Familiarity with professional engineering licensure, certifications, and consulting roles
• Experience recruiting project managers, senior technical specialists, and business development professionals
• Experience onboarding and supporting broader HR functions
• Experience improving recruiting processes, reporting, branding, or workforce planning

Responsabilités

• Develop staffing plans with managers and align recruiting with project needs
• Maintain open positions, candidate status, and present pre-screened candidates to managers
• Advise on sourcing approaches, eligibility, and barriers to hiring
• Assist in creating/updating job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and qualifications
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback for consistent evaluation
• Manage onboarding with HR and managers
• Collect Recruiting analytics and provide insights to leadership
• Support broad HR responsibilities and confidentiality
