Zusammenfassung

RRC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a talent pipeline for U.S. and Canada energy projects from our Austin/Round Rock office. You will partner with engineering leaders, lead full-cycle recruitment across disciplines, and help onboard new hires while improving processes and metrics.

You will collaborate with hiring teams to understand project requirements, source top engineers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliant HR practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle technical recruiting.

• Develop recruiting strategy and partner with hiring managers.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering disciplines and geographic markets.
• Coordinate interviews, offer process, and onboarding in collaboration with HR.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates including passive candidates.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
