Job summary

RRC Power & Energy, LLC in Round Rock/Austin seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to build our technical teams across energy projects in the U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, and process improvement, with a focus on engineering disciplines and professional licensure familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple engineering disciplines and geographic markets.
• Familiarity with engineering licensure, certifications, and consulting project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans with department managers to meet current and future needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers for engineering and technical roles.
• Advise hiring managers on sourcing, position requirements, and potential barriers to hiring.
• Manage onboarding and coordinate required pre-employment steps with HR.
