Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Senior Internal & Executive Communications Manager. This builder role defines the infrastructure, cadences, and engagement strategies that shape how a fast-moving global company communicates with and inspires its people to do their best work.

You will run flagship internal moments end to end, partnering with senior leaders to craft messaging and drive change, while translating the AI story for employees and aligning narrative with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications, with at least 3 years working directly with VP and C-level executives.
• Executive presence and polish: composed in the room, credible one-on-one with senior leaders, and trusted with sensitive and confidential information.
• Exceptional writing across formats, from a crisp company-wide email to a keynote outline to an organizational announcement where every word carries weight.
• Experience producing large-scale internal events such as Company Kickoff, Sales Kickoff, and All Hands, including content development and production logistics.
• Change communications experience under real conditions, not just frameworks.
• A track record of building or materially elevating an internal communications program, with specific systems, cadences, or playbooks you can point to.
• The range of a senior individual contributor: you can hold the strategic vision and still do the work at ground level, fast and well.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: you use AI tools in your daily communications work and know where human judgment is non-negotiable.
• Experience working in a global, high-growth company environment that’s scaling rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Produce internal events end-to-end (Kickoff, All Hands, Town Halls) with agenda, content, and logistics.
• Advise senior executives on clear, credible internal messaging, talk tracks, and change plans.
• Build internal launch moments for strategy, milestones, and major announcements.
• Prepare leaders for high-stakes moments with Q&A and coaching.
• Own internal channel strategy and editorial calendar.
• Translate corporate narrative for internal audiences.
• Collaborate with People team on engagement and culture programs.
• Support change communications with discretion; plan, sequence, and enable managers.
• Create repeatable playbooks and AI-assisted workflows for drafting and measurement.
• Turn engagement data into actionable stories for program improvement.
• Ensure program governance and cross-functional coordination.
