Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Programming & Editorial Manager to run the content engine across our owned channels: website, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and podcasts. You will shape strategy, direct writers, and ensure content aligns with WEKA's brand and editorial standards.

You will collaborate with the web, social, SEO, and product teams; manage contract writers; and drive audience engagement, performance metrics, and cadence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in editorial, journalism, or content strategy and management roles, with real time spent in B2B technology.
• Experience directing writers and managing contract resources.
• Experience running a busy editorial calendar across formats and stakeholders.
• Fluency in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure for informed decisions.
• Daily use of AI tools in practice; can tell a finished draft from fluent writing.
• Knowledge of SEO and generative engine optimization for content rankings.
• Genuine collaborator with designers, video producers, social and SEO leads.
