Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Senior Internal & Executive Communications Manager to build and scale internal communications across the company. You will partner with the VP of Corporate Marketing to craft compelling messages, develop executive content, and drive flagship moments from kickoff to town halls.

This role requires editorial judgment, strategic storytelling, and a track record of handling sensitive information at the highest level.

Qualifications

8+ years in internal, executive, or corporate communications.
Experience working with VP and C-level executives.
Exceptional writing across formats (emails, keynote outlines, announcements).
Experience producing large-scale internal events (Kickoff, All Hands).
Change communications experience in real conditions.
Track record elevating internal comms programs with systems or playbooks.
Ability to hold strategic vision while doing ground-level work.
Demonstrated AI fluency in daily communications work.

Responsibilities

Produce WEKA's internal events end to end (Kickoff, All Hands, Town Halls).
Counsel senior executives on clear, credible internal messaging and presentations.
Create internal launch moments for strategy and product milestones.
Prepare leaders for high-stakes moments with Q&A and coaching.
Own internal channel strategy and editorial calendar (Slack, email, video).
Translate WEKA's narrative for internal audiences and connect AI story to work.
