Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Programming & Editorial Manager to run the content engine across our owned channels: website, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and podcasts. You will translate engineers' ideas into publishable stories and coordinate the writers you direct to bring them to life across formats.

You'll own the calendar, plan campaigns, and ensure branding, accuracy, and weekly output. Collaboration with web, SEO, video, and social teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in editorial, journalism, or content strategy and management.
• Experience directing writers, freelancers, or agency resources.
• Ability to run an editorial calendar across multiple formats and stakeholders.
• Fluency in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure for informed storytelling.
• Daily use of AI tools in editorial practice and strong SEO awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the programming for WEKA's owned channels and drive engagement.
• Shape long-form stories from engineers and customers for multiple formats.
• Plan campaigns, calendaring, and sequencing; coordinate with partners.
• Ensure accuracy, brand standards, and timely delivery of content.
• Lead contract writers, provide briefs and feedback, and grow the bench.
