You will ensure communications reach employees with candor and care, balancing speed and accuracy while guiding leadership through growth and change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal or executive communications.
• People management experience (1-2 years minimum).
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the communications strategy for Enterprise & Growth.
• Advise senior leaders and shape their communications.
• Guide communications through complex and sensitive changes.
• Lead company-wide user and customer storytelling.
• Bring employee perspectives into communications decisions.
• Keep work moving as priorities change.
