Blue Shield of California is seeking an Internal Controls Advisory Services professional to support assessments, advisory engagements, and remediation activities. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to help maintain an effective system of internal controls.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk advisory, compliance, SOX, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, process documentation, and control testing.
• Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and communicate observations clearly and professionally.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners in a dynamic, hybrid environment.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or progress toward a relevant certification preferred.
• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support internal controls assessments, advisory engagements, and remediation activities.
• Work under guidance of senior team members and report to the Principal, Internal Controls Advisory Services.
• Contribute to the team’s objective of evaluating and improving risk management and control processes.
