Blue Shield of California seeks an Internal Controls Advisory Services professional to support assessments, advisory engagements, and remediation activities. You will work under senior guidance to strengthen risk management processes within a healthcare-focused environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and communication of findings. A hybrid in-office schedule is expected, with most teams meeting in person a few days weekly.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years prior relevant experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk advisory, compliance, SOX, or related field.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, process documentation, and control testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or progress toward a relevant certification preferred.
• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry preferred.
