Job summary

Enova is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to shape and execute enterprise communications across the company. The role owns high-visibility programs and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to position Communications as a trusted strategic advisor.

You will own enterprise-wide initiatives such as all-hands, employee recognition, and volunteer programs, and support executive communications with messaging development.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications or related field.
• Experience supporting high-visibility communications initiatives and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects independently with strong attention to detail.
• Able to anticipate risks and operational roadblocks before issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and corporate communications initiatives across Enova.
• Own enterprise-wide programs, including all-hands, employee recognition, and volunteer programming.
• Support executive communications with messaging development and visibility opportunities.
• Draft executive-ready materials across formats and audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong follow-through.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to develop comms strategies and execution plans.
• Anticipate communications risks and stakeholder needs.
