Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior communications leader to develop on-brand employee engagement strategies and lead a team of communicators. You will partner with HR and executives, oversee planning of meetings, events, podcasts and executive communications, and set metrics for engagement across the organization.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring strong writing, editing, and management skills. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead events across the service territory and coordinate logistics and content.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to disseminate critical information.
• Fulfill managerial responsibilities and participate in career development and planning.
