Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Sr. Manager, Internal Employee Communications to lead and scale our internal communications for a rapidly growing network of studios and teams.

You’ll partner with HR, Operations, Brand, and executives to translate strategy into clear, motivating messages that reach the right audience at the right time. As a one-person team initially, you’ll shape capabilities, own the calendar, and serve as strategist and hands-on executor.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in internal/employee communications or corporate comms.
• Experience partnering with HR and senior leaders on org communications.
• Strong writing, edit, and audience-adaptive skills.

Responsibilities

• Own internal communications strategy and calendar for the company.
• Translate priorities into employee-ready messages across channels.
• Draft executive communications, town halls, and forums.
• Build enterprise-wide channels and cadence with leadership alignment.
• Develop change management comms for new initiatives and policy updates.
• Measure impact via eNPS, open rates, engagement, and feedback.
• Act as trusted advisor on timing and messaging with stakeholders.
• Partner with Brand to manage internal crisis and tone consistency.
• Reinforce culture and values through comms, celebrating wins.
