Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in communications or related role.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and content development skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work with firm leadership and cross-office stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint, Vuture, InterAction preferred.
• Experience using metrics to evaluate effectiveness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and distribute clear internal communications for firmwide audiences.
• Develop executive and leadership communications, including announcements and talking points.
• Serve as a communications partner to firm leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to develop plans, messaging and materials for initiatives.
• Translate complex information into accessible communications for employees.
• Use visual storytelling to simplify information and improve engagement.
• Coordinate communications across departments and offices for consistency.
• Create content highlighting firm initiatives and priorities.
• Support change management and technology implementations.
