You will own the enterprise editorial calendar, create content across emails, intranet, digital signage, and chat, and partner with Operations, People & Culture, and Marketing to engage a dispersed frontline workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

• Own internal communications strategy across restaurants and Support Center.
• Manage enterprise editorial and events calendar.
• Write, edit, and produce emails, articles, newsletters, video scripts, and signage.
• Partner with Operations, People & Culture, and Marketing to reach frontline teams.
• Plan and support team member events and leadership forums.
• Measure and report on communication effectiveness to drive impact.
• Contribute to crisis communications and issues management.
