Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to design and execute strategic internal communications across restaurant, supply chain, and franchisee audiences.

You will connect leadership with frontline teams, manage a digital-channel ecosystem, and drive timely, actionable messages. The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional partnerships, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing internal, corporate, or franchisee communications.
• Proven success managing modern internal communication tools and multichannel project plans.
• Exceptional ability to tailor tone and format for different audiences, from executives to frontline workers.
• Track record translating complex operational information into simple, actionable copy.
• Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of content management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Occasional travel estimated <5%.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy and lead a team of specialists.
• Lead and develop talent on the direct team and across the broader organization.
• Manage and optimize the internal digital channel ecosystem (intranet, team app, email, push, SMS, digital signage).
• Partner with franchisees to deliver clear, timely business updates that support operations and brand alignment.
• Translate supply chain and logistics updates into simple, mobile-ready communications for frontline teams.
• Draft rapid emergency communications and ensure content is suitable for digital signage and employee app.
• Measure channel engagement, test message resonance, and use data to improve readership and compliance.
