Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead our internal comms function and partner with HR, IT, Safety, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other enterprise functions.

You will develop enterprise strategies, manage a small team, oversee content, channels, employee engagement events, and governance while ensuring messaging aligns with our strategy and culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive communications experience in a corporate environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience planning large-scale employee events and town halls.
• Approximately 20% travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal communications strategy and serve as a partner to HR, IT, Safety, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other functions.
• Develop messaging, FAQs, and channel strategies; translate priorities into employee communications.
• Manage the annual internal communications plan and content calendar.
• Lead a small internal communications team and oversee events and governance.
• Measure KPIs and provide insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
