Ladders seeks a Senior Internal Communications Manager to shape how employees stay informed and engaged in a fast-moving technology organization. You will lead internal messaging, partner with senior leadership, and drive programs that support transparency and culture.

The role owns employee listening, recognition, and community-building to strengthen the employee experience in a remote setting. This is a high-impact, strategic communications leadership role.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape how employees stay informed, engaged, and connected across a fast-moving technology organization. You will lead internal messaging strategy, partner closely with senior leadership, and create communication programs that support transparency, alignment, and culture. The position also owns employee listening, recognition, and community-building efforts that help strengthen the overall employee experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,054 – $175,067 annually
