Ladders is seeking a VP of Communications to lead the company’s global strategy in the consumer technology space, focusing on reputation, visibility, and executive presence during a period of rapid growth.

The role is remote and collaborative with senior leadership to craft narratives for external audiences, employees, analysts, and the media. It also leads crisis response, executive counsel, and storytelling across channels.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of corporate communications experience, preferably in tech or SaaS during hypergrowth or crisis periods.
• Proven track record in developing global external communications strategies, especially in AI.
• Experience leading a communications team through an IPO process, including media strategy and employee communications.
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex business concepts into clear narratives and multi-channel strategies.
• Strong crisis communications and reputation management skills.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with C-suite executives on strategic communications.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Communications to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will shape and scale the company's global communications strategy, with a focus on strengthening reputation, market visibility, and executive presence during a period of significant growth. The position will partner closely with senior leadership to craft clear narratives for external audiences, employees, analysts, and the media. It will also lead a team responsible for crisis response, executive counsel, and high-impact storytelling across multiple channels.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $340,000 - $445,000 annually
