Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks an experienced Internal Communications Contractor for a part-time remote role in the United States. You will create and edit employee communications, manage a recurring knowledge-sharing program, and work with SMEs to craft content and presentations.

You will coordinate virtual events, moderate sessions, and amplify content across internal channels. Strong writing and project management skills are essential, with familiarity in Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating or moderating virtual events, webinars, or employee programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit employee communications including articles, announcements, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and leader messaging.
• Plan and manage a recurring employee knowledge-sharing program from concept through execution.
• Partner with subject matter experts and speakers to develop content, key messages, and presentations.
• Coordinate virtual event logistics, promotional communications, scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Moderate virtual sessions and facilitate Q&A as needed.
• Manage post-event content, recordings, and amplification across SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other internal channels.
• Maintain communication and programming calendars and develop repeatable templates/processes.
• Support broader employee engagement, storytelling, and recognition initiatives.
• Track participation and engagement and provide recommendations for future programming.

Pay Rate: Approximately $40–45/hour, depending on experience

Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Contractor to support employee communications, content development, and engagement initiatives within a global medtech organization. This is a part-time, remote opportunity ideal for someone with a strong corporate/internal communications background who can independently manage content and programs from planning through execution.

A key focus of the role will be launching and managing a recurring employee knowledge-sharing/Lunch & Learn program, including developing the program structure, preparing speakers, promoting sessions, moderating virtual events, and amplifying content afterward across internal channels.

Responsibilities:
