Ladders seeks a Senior Internal Communications Manager to shape how employees stay informed and engaged in a fast-moving technology organization. You will lead internal messaging, partner with senior leadership, and drive programs that support transparency and culture.

The role owns employee listening, recognition, and community-building to strengthen the employee experience in a remote setting. This is a high-impact, strategic communications leadership role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Experience designing employee feedback and survey programs.
• Knowledge of recognition program development and execution.
• Experience planning and running company-wide events for diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills for data presentation and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Experience collaborating across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the internal communications strategy and distribution framework.
• Create engaging content for internal channels.
• Support leadership with transparent change communications.
• Design and implement employee listening frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop a comprehensive recognition program and integrate it with company processes.
• Launch culture initiatives aligned with company values and monitor their effectiveness.
