Ladders is seeking an Integrated Communications Manager to join a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This remote role will shape and coordinate communications supporting key priorities, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver messaging for customers, internal audiences, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, project execution, and communications support for tradeshows and strategic initiatives. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience executing integrated communications strategies in a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to manage communication initiatives across a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills to assess communication and marketing data for decision‑making.
• No security clearance required.

For our client, we are seeking a Integrated Communications Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will shape and coordinate integrated communications efforts that support key business priorities across a matrixed organization.

The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear, compelling messaging for customers, internal audiences, and executive leadership.

It also includes ownership of campaign planning, project execution, and communications support for tradeshows and other strategic initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
