EY in the United States seeks an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to shape messaging for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. You will translate business objectives into clear, compelling communications and align leaders across Consulting, Brand, Marketing & Communications.

This role reports to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader and requires delivering structured, high-impact communications with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal communications.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to drive alignment and accountability.
• Develop core messaging, FAQs, cascade materials and communication content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications supporting people, operational and business priorities.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights to improve future communications and content development.
